50th Annual Course in Cytometry — June 19-24, 2027

The 49th Annual Course wrapped up in San Diego in August 2026. Thank you to our instructors, students, hosts, and sponsors — see you in Madison.

Cytometry Education for the Community, by the Community

The Annual Course in Cytometry is an opportunity for experts in cytometry from around the world to share their knowledge with the broader cytometry community. It is offered each summer and, with the exception of a two-year pause in 2020 and 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been held every year since 1978.

Over the course of seven days, approximately 40 instructors and 90 students participate in lectures, including a Keynote Speaker, labs, and networking events. Students have access to about 20 lectures, as well as their choice of 5 labs from 10–15 offerings.

We couldn’t do this without the support of our sponsors, who are highlighted in a vendor night each year.
